9th Annual Mt. Clemens Ice Carving Show

Mount Clemens will be hosting their 9th Annual Ice Carving Festival January 31-February 2. All the while Service Specialties II, Inc. will be showing our pride by sponsoring an ice sculpture.  During these festivities, we will be open as usual from 9-5 Friday January 31st with extended business hours on Saturday February 1st from 11-3.

Potential tenants who are looking for a home to rent, and would like to apply; turn in an application on Saturday February 1st and receive $5 off of your application fee!

Landlords, need help with your rental property(s)? Feel free to stop in and get in on the action!!  This would be a great opportunity to find out what the benefits of using a property management company would entail.  We will be offering a coupon for $25 off of the set-up fee when signing a new management agreement!!
